What Navora is
Navora is a planning tool. It organizes your college applications and shows you sourced educational context — requirements, deadlines, costs, and where your profile sits against a college's own published numbers. It helps you decide; it does not decide for you.
What Navora is not
- It does not make or influence admission decisions.
- It does not predict your odds. We report bands and published cohort data, never a personal "chance" of admission.
- It is not a counselor or a consulting service.
- It is not affiliated with, or paid by, any college or university.
- It is not an essay-writing or application-submission service.
Verify everything with the college
Deadlines, requirements, costs, and policies change, and our data can lag or contain errors. You are responsible for confirming every detail directly with each institution before you rely on it or submit an application. Do not treat Navora as the single source of truth for a submission.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Please give accurate information and use one account per person.
If you are under 18
You can use Navora on your own from age 13. We do not require a parent or guardian to approve your account, and we do not ask one to. Under 13 you cannot have an account at all.
We would rather say what we actually do than set a condition we never check. We do not verify anyone's age beyond the date of birth you give us, and we do not verify that anyone is your parent. So we are not going to write that a parent agreed to these terms on your behalf, because in almost every case no parent has seen them.
What that means for you: a minor's agreement to a contract is voidable in the United States and void from the outset in India, and we are not relying on your agreement to take away rights you would otherwise have. If you are under 18, treat these terms as how we run the service rather than as something signed away. We still think it is a good idea to tell a parent or guardian you are using Navora — that is a suggestion, not a requirement.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse Navora: no scraping or automated bulk access, no attempts to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, no uploading of documents that are not yours or that you lack permission to share, and nothing unlawful.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data and essays you put into Navora. You give us the permission needed to store and process that content so we can provide the service to you. You can delete your content and account at any time.
AI-generated output
Parts of Navora are generated by AI using your data and sourced references. AI output can be wrong or incomplete and is not professional, financial, immigration, or legal advice. Always verify important decisions independently — especially anything about cost, aid, scholarships, or visas.
No guarantees
Navora is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee admission, scholarships, or any particular outcome, and — as an early-access product — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that every figure is accurate. We are working hard to improve all of it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navora and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Free access
Navora is free for the 2026–27 application cycle. Nothing in the product asks you to pay.
Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or limit accounts that misuse the service or put others at risk. You can stop using Navora and delete your account at any time.
Changes to these terms
As the product matures, we will update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and where disputes are heard
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Nothing here takes away a consumer's rights under the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country they live in, or the right to bring a claim there where that law allows it.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
